Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of The Talent Campus — the website where you apply to our programmes and, if you take part, the app you use during them.

They take effect on 20 August 2026.

Who you're dealing with

This service is operated by Create50 Ltd (company number 10121926), Ealing Studios, Ealing Green, London W5 5EP, England.

You can reach us at chris@londonswf.com.

Applying

Anyone may submit an application. Submitting one does not guarantee a place, and we are not obliged to explain a decision, though we will usually try.

Please give accurate information. If something material turns out to be untrue, we may withdraw an offer or end your participation.

You keep ownership of anything you upload — a script, a CV, a showreel. By uploading it you allow us to store it and share it with the people assessing your application. We don't publish it, sell it, or use it for anything else.

Paying for a place

If you're offered a place, we'll agree a price with you and — if you're paying by card — send you a personal payment link. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Some places are paid by instalment plan: a deposit followed by a fixed number of monthly payments, all agreed with you before you set the plan up. The plan stops automatically after the final instalment — it never rolls on.

Our programmes are run by more than one company. The company you're contracting with — and whose name appears on your bank statement — is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling.

If an instalment fails, Stripe retries your card automatically and we may contact you. If a plan can't be completed, we'll talk to you about it before anything drastic happens — but a place isn't fully confirmed until it's fully paid.

Cancellation and refunds

You have a legal right to change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of paying (or of setting up a payment plan) without giving a reason, and we'll refund everything you've paid, using the same payment method.

If the programme starts inside that 14-day window and you've asked us to confirm your place straight away, we may deduct a fair amount for what has already been provided before refunding the rest.

To cancel, just email us — the address is in the 'Who you're dealing with' section above. Cancelling a payment plan stops all future instalments.

After the 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, because a place held for you is a place we can't offer to someone else — but talk to us: if there's a genuine problem we'd rather know, and where we can fill your place we'll usually be able to help.

None of this affects your statutory rights, including where something we provide isn't as described or isn't delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Your account

If you're offered and accept a place, we create an account for you so you can use the delegate app. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it, and we'll retire your existing sessions and help you set a new password.

The delegate app

The app contains material prepared for your cohort — schedules, speaker information, session resources, recordings and documents. It's provided for your own use during and after the programme.

Please don't republish it, share your access with people outside the cohort, or record sessions without asking. Some of it belongs to speakers and contributors rather than to us, and sharing it isn't ours to permit.

Other delegates' profiles and contact details are there so your cohort can find each other. Don't scrape them, add them to mailing lists, or use them to market anything.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, overload or probe the service, get into areas or accounts that aren't yours, or upload anything harmful or unlawful.

We may suspend access if someone is doing any of that, or behaving in a way that makes the programme worse for others.

Availability

We try to keep the service running and correct, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we may need to take it down for maintenance.

Programme details — dates, venues, speakers — can change. We'll tell you if they do.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or data arising from your use of the service.

If you're using this as a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

Your information

How we handle personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell people it affects rather than quietly amending the page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
